What this is
Settings is where you set Cloudby up to fit your business and keep it running well: your organisation, your people and their access, and the master data and tools behind the scenes. Open it from Menu > Settings.
The areas
- Organisation. Your company details, directors, locations and compliance.
- Users. The people who sign in, and what each can do.
- Maintenance. Master data and formats: units, document numbering, custom fields and document templates.
- Administrative. Data import and export, and corrections to posted documents.
Good to know. Most of Settings is admin work done once at setup, then revisited now and then. Who can reach it depends on access, so ask whoever manages your Cloudby account if you cannot see it.
