What this is
Sales takes you from a quote to a delivered, invoiced order, connected to inventory and finance the whole way. Open it from Menu > Sales.
The flow
- Quotation. Send a quote, estimate or proforma invoice.
- Order. Turn a quote into a sales order and process it: allocate stock, bill, deliver.
- Invoice, Delivery, Credit Note. The documents an order produces.
- Change Order. Formal changes to a confirmed order.
- Settings. Product, Product Category and Sales Terms.
How it fits together
A confirmed sale updates stock and posts to Finance in the same step. Nothing is re-entered between sales, inventory and accounts.
Where to start
Set up your Products first (under Settings), then quote, order and fulfil.
