Setup task
What this does
Connecting a store links your online shop to Cloudby, so orders and customers sync in automatically and you fulfil them from one place.
Open ECommerce
Go to Menu > Retail > Settings > ECommerce.
What you set up
- Integration. Link the storefront platform.
- Mapping. Match the store products and fields to your Cloudby items.
- Automation. The rules for how synced orders are processed.
- Tools. Helpers for syncing and testing the connection.
Good to know. Once connected, retail orders and customers arrive on their own. Mapping is what keeps store products lined up with your stock.
