What this is
A retail customer is a shopper record. These are created automatically from your connected store, so the people who buy online appear here ready to look up.
Open Customers
Go to Menu > Retail > Customers.
What you can see
- Profile. Their contact details and store link.
- Orders, Payments and Deliverables. Their full history with you.
- Membership and Statistics. Loyalty details and lifetime value.
Good to know. Retail customers are view-only here. They are created and updated from your online store, so their details stay in step with the storefront.
