What this does
The Form Generator turns a completed run into the LHDN tax files you submit: a PCB summary and the CP8D listing. Your PERKESO files for SOCSO, EIS and SKBBK come from a different place, the batch’s own Payables tab, not the Form Generator.
Being retired. The Form Generator is being replaced by the newer Filings module. Anything you generate here is discarded on 1 January 2027 — for annual and on-request statutory statements, use Filings instead; this page still covers the monthly LHDN outputs and the PERKESO Payables files while both exist side by side.
Open Forms
Go to Menu > Payroll > Forms.

What you can generate
- PCB Summary. A summary of the monthly tax deduction (MTD/PCB) to remit to LHDN.
- CP8D. The CP8D listing, editable before you export it.
- Payout Analysis. A tabulation of the run for your own checking.
Your PERKESO files live elsewhere
SOCSO, EIS and SKBBK do not go through the Form Generator. Open the completed batch’s Payables tab instead, where each statutory item has its own payment line:
- Text Socso & EIS. The PERKESO batch upload file for SOCSO and EIS.
- Text Socso & EIS & SKBBK. The combined PERKESO batch file, used from 1 June 2026.
How it works
Pick the form and the period, and Cloudby builds it from the completed batch. Most exports come out as a spreadsheet you can check, amend and re-import before you file.
SKBBK. If you have not switched it on yet, follow the SKBBK setup guide first, then download the combined Text Socso & EIS & SKBBK file from the batch’s Payables tab, from June 2026.
Year-end. Employee deductions captured each month feed year-end tax reporting. The CP8D and PCB Summary are the outputs to work from for annual figures.
