What this is
HR is your employee directory: the single record for each person that the rest of Cloudby reads from. Open it from Menu > HR.
What is inside
- Employee. The list of everyone, and the record behind each person.
How it fits together
Each employee record carries three tabs: Employee (who they are), Payroll (their pay and statutory details) and Payslip (their pay history). Set a person up once here and Payroll picks them up every month.
Good to know. The Payroll tab is covered under Payroll, in Set up an employee for payroll. HR here is about the person and their core details.
