What this does
A retail order is a shopper purchase you fulfil. Orders can sync in from a connected store or be entered from your outlet, and each one carries its own fulfilment, payment and delivery.
Open Orders
Go to Menu > Retail > Orders.
The tabs
- Order. The customer, items and amounts.
- Automation. The sync and processing status for orders that came from a store.
- Processing. Payment allocation, delivery allocation and invoicing.
- Delivery. The shipment and tracking.
- Conversation and History. Notes and the audit trail.
The lifecycle
An order moves through Draft, Confirm, Open, then Hold, Complete or Cancelled. Completing posts the sale to your accounts.
Good to know. Each order records a delivery provider, weight and tracking code, so fulfilment and shipping stay on the order.
