Payroll: statutory filings
Payroll gains a dedicated Filings area that turns your payroll into the forms you submit to LHDN, as a guided workflow rather than a raw export.
- Annual Tax Filing generates Borang EA (C.P.8A) for every employee, Form E, and the C.P.8D submission file.
- PCB 2(II) monthly-deduction statements and CP58 agent-incentive statements.
- Generate, review, lock, issue. Cloudby computes each employee, flags validation issues, prompts for any extra details, and tracks every filing as Draft, Locked, Issued or Superseded. Drafts are marked stale if payroll changes, and amendments supersede cleanly.

Service reporting
The Service desk gains a full reporting suite, ten reports covering the shape of the queue, responsiveness and workload:
- Ticket Volume, Backlog Trend and Category Breakdown for what is coming in.
- Resolution Time and First Response Time for how fast the team engages and closes.
- Open Ticket Aging, Stale Tickets and Unassigned Tickets for what needs attention.
- Team Performance and Assignee Workload for who is carrying the load.
