Personal saved searches for reports: name and reload your report filters, star the ones you use most, and share a query by link.
Saved searches for reports
Every EPP report now carries a saved-search bar. Set a report’s date range and filters once, save it with a name, and reload it any time: no more re-entering the same query.
- Save & load on the report. Starred searches appear as quick-load buttons; the dropdown loads any saved search, saves the current query, or opens the manager.
- Star your favourites. Starred searches float to the top of every list and show as quick-load buttons on the report bar.
- Manage from the Workplace. My Saved Searches lists every saved search across all reports: load, rename, duplicate, delete or star from one place.
- Share by link. The link icon generates a shareable URL that encodes the current query; the recipient opens the report with the same filters pre-applied.
- Customise filter fields. The settings cog lets you choose which filter fields are visible and drag them into any order.
Saved searches are per user, per organisation and per report: nothing is shared across users or organisations. Standard reports only; the matrix report is not included in this release.
