What this is

My Workplace is the self-service area for staff. It is where an employee handles their own things in Cloudby without needing a finance or admin login. Open it from Menu > My Workplace.

What you can do

  • Claim Your Expenses. Submit an expense report for reimbursement in the upcoming payroll cycle.

How it fits together

A claim raised here goes to your finance team for approval, and once accepted it flows into your accounts. Staff only see their own claims.

Good to know. My Workplace is the employee side. Approving and posting reimbursements is done by the finance team in Finance (see Reimbursements).
