Customer profile improvements
- Unified customer profile: a customer’s company details are now shared across the Customer and Service modules; edit in either place and both stay in sync.
- Auto-provisioning: creating a customer in one module automatically sets up the matching record in the other, using your organisation’s defaults.
- Customer defaults: configure customer defaults independently for the Customer and Service modules (e.g. default receivable ledger, service settings).
Inventory
- The Inventory Finder breakdown tab has a new Report button that carries your current stock, location and group filters straight into the Stock Breakdown report.
Platform
- More accurate cross-session tracking: device identity is now separated from session identity.
